Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a comprehensive medical system developed in China over thousands of years. It approaches health and disease holistically, focusing on balancing the body's vital energies, restoring harmony within bodily systems, and addressing root causes rather than only treating symptoms. Each Session is specially tailored to your own Constitution and imbalances.

Modalities that our Doctor’s use include:

Acupuncture: Insertion of fine needles into specific points to influence qi flow, relieve pain, and treat various conditions and imbalances

Herbal medicine: Use of plant and mineral derived formulas tailored to a person’s pattern of imbalance. These can be administered Topically or Internally.

Cupping: glass cups are applied to the body creating Suction to the skin to promote circulation and relieve stagnation.

Nutritional + Lifestyle Advice: Specific foods, movements and activities geared towards your individual imbalances.
