Acupuressure to help with Heat Exhaustion.

We love summer but the heat can sometimes be too much. Here are two Acupressure points to help you combat summer heat.
Large Intestine 11 + Pericardium 3.

Li 11 is located on the transverse crease of the elbow.
Pc 3, bend your elbow and it is located on the medial side of the tendons.

Both points help relieve symptoms of too much Summer Heat, which can include fever, nausea, sun stroke, upset stomach, dizziness, heaviness.

Summer heat injures the yin, so fatigue, anxiety, insomnia and dehydration can all happen post heat exposure. In addition to stimulating these acupressure points, make sure to stay hydrated, eat cooling foods, take breaks from prolonged heat exposure and give your body opportunities to cool down.

Stay safe + enjoy this beautiful summer.
