Sports Medicine Acupuncture - (Initial Consultation $170/ Follow-Up $115)
Sports Medicine Acupuncture is a unique approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. In these sessions, the injury is treated according to local symptoms, channels, meridians and fascia affected, as well as underlying system imbalances that may be contributing to the pathology. These sessions utilize a combination of tools as indicated for the condition, such as Acupuncture, Electo-Acupuncture, Cupping, Auricular Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, dietary and herbal therapy, and client-home care to achieve optimal results.

Cosmetic Acupuncture - (Initial Consultation $185/ Follow-Up $165 [+ $25 LED Light Therapy add-on for follow up]) Cosmetic Acupuncture is a natural alternative to Botox injections and other medical cosmetic treatments. In cosmetic Acupuncture, we focus on the health of the skin through a holistic lens that addresses the whole body as well as local symptoms and manifestations. In these sessions, fine needles are inserted into the dermal layer of the skin, which stimulates collagen and elastin production, to rejuvenate the skin, promote circulation and enhance cellular rejuvenation. Muscle tension is reduced through motor point needling, facial massage, gua sha and cupping, which allows the surrounding skin to relax, reducing the appearance and preventing the creation of fine lines and wrinkles. Contributing factors to skin symptoms such as acne, rosacea, puffiness, uneven complexion and early aging skin, such as stress, emotional overwhelm, inflammation and deficiency symptoms are addressed as the foundation of health in this system of therapy. Dr Sage is trained in both traditional cosmetic acupuncture, Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture, and motor point needling

Fire Cupping (30 min - $65) Fire cupping is used in traditional Chinese medicine to reduce muscle and fascia tension, improve circulation, remove stagnation, reduce inflammation and expel toxins and pathogens from the body. This manual therapy great for regular maintenance and quick tune ups for stress and tension in the body

NADA (30 min - $65) This standardized auricular acupuncture treatment consists of five tiny needles inserted into the external ear on each side. The NADA protocol is indicated as complimentary therapy in the treatment of trauma, addiction, mental health and pain conditions, and has been shown to improve the treatment outcomes for these conditions. This therapy helps to shift the nervous system out of “fight or flight”, reducing cortisol and balancing neurotransmitters to help the body enter a state where healing can occur.

Acutonics/ Tuning Fork Therapy (30 min - $65) Acutonics is the stimulation of acupuncture points with tuning forks to stimulate the therapeutic effect of the points, which can be used to treat the whole scope of acupuncture indicated therapies. This style of treatment is recommended for those with needle anxiety, as well as paediatrics.

Pediatric Acupuncture (30 min - $55) Acupuncture + tuning forks can be a wonderful and effective method of applying sound to the body, including acu-points, trigger and reflex points, bone, muscle and tendons to help tonify energy or disperse Qi. Helping to relieve pain and attune the body on a cellular level. Sound is a less invasive way to help balance your little one's energy without requiring needling.
