Having personally experienced burnout and having worked with adults and youth facing high-stress situations at the Ronald McDonald House and the University of Calgary, I intimately understand the pressures of modern life and their toll on your energy, mind, and body. These experiences have ignited my passion to help others avoid reaching that point of exhaustion and burnout.

Reiki Reset - $125
A transformative, one-on-one healing experience that blends energy healing and mindfulness-based self-care to restore balance and support your overall well-being. Each session is uniquely tailored to your energy and emotional needs, providing both immediate relief and long-term tools for stress resilience.

Mindfulness Coaching & Reiki Reset - $150

Your most comprehensive mind–body–energy session. This integrative session is designed for times when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burnt out, emotionally drained, or navigating life transitions such as perimenopause/menopause, grief, or periods of feeling stuck.

You’ll receive a deeply supportive blend of:
