Transpersonal Crystal Healing is a supportive combination of energy work and Spiritual Psychology.

Crystals hold many fascinating healing properties and can be used to address many types of conditions such as; anxiety, low self-esteem, insomnia and grief. They can also be used to enhance and attract many wonderful things like; self-worth, love, abundance and prosperity. Both the human body and crystals have a "Base Resonance Frequency", the only difference is that our BRF is constantly changing whereas the crystals’ remains the same. Therefore, when we place crystals on the main energy points (Chakras) of the body, the strong and constant vibration of the crystal can pull an overactive or weakened chakra back into its steady rhythm. This helps to balance the chakras and can bring the body back into alignment.
These sessions are "Transpersonal" in nature as this type of healing works on an emotional, psychological and soulful level.
For the session, Tesla creates a custom crystal body grid for you that will be placed on your Chakras throughout the session. Before placing the crystals, you will discuss what is currently present for you and set an intention for your session.
Crystal grids can be created to focus on physical ailments such as pain and headaches, emotional issues such as anger, depression, anxiety and stress, or they can be created to balance the chakras, promote happiness and joy, health and wellness, clarity and focus or spiritual awakening -to name only a few different types of grids. Each session is unique and your grid will be determined by what you are currently experiencing.
The session will begin with an Aura assessment and a guided meditation to help you relax within the space. Tesla will then work with your customized grid utilizing crystal wands to move through your Chakras, cleansing and charging your system.
The energy work is followed by a soothing sound bath and a secondary Aura assessment, finishing off with a Selenite shield.
