In TCM, there is a different organ connected to each season. But during the transition between the seasons we find the spleen at its highest. You may notice symptoms of spleen imbalance during this time. This can include overthinking/worry, digestive issues, acid reflux, bloating, indigestion and imbalances in appetite.
Applying acupressure on the Stomach triangle points can help to calm some of these symptoms.
Stomach 25 is located two finger lengths from your belly button on either side.
Ren 12 is located at the halfway point between your belly button and your sternum.
These points will feel sore, especially St25 if you are experiencing any digestion issues.
