LV 3 (Liver 3, Tai Chong, Supreme Surge) is located on the top of the foot, inbetween the first and second toe, at the junction between the two tendons.
One of our favourite liver points. It is tonifying in nature and helps to support the liver and its proper functioning. Great point if you exerpience headaches, pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia or dizziness/vertigo.
