Auricular acupuncture is an ancient therapeutic technique used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a principle or supplemental treatment. Ear mapping dates back to 1500 BC, used by ancient Egyptians + recorded in ancient Chinese texts in 770 BC.
How does it work?
The external ear is a self-contained microsystem that has an altered bioelectrical conductance. When specific points on the ear are stimulated it promotes a therapeutic response, affecting related areas + functions of the body.

Transpersonal Crystal Healing is a supportive combination of energy work and Spiritual Psychology.
Crystals hold many fascinating healing properties and can be used to address many types of conditions such as; anxiety, low self-esteem, insomnia and grief. They can also be used to enhance and attract many wonderful things like; self-worth, love, abundance and prosperity. Both the human body and crystals have a "Base Resonance Frequency", the only difference is that our BRF is constantly changing whereas the crystals’ remains the same. Therefore, when we place crystals on the main energy points (Chakras) of the body, the strong and constant vibration of the crystal can pull an overactive or weakened chakra back into its steady rhythm. This helps to balance the chakras and can bring the body back into alignment.
These sessions are "Transpersonal" in nature as this type of healing works on an emotional, psychological and soulful level.
For the session, Tesla creates a custom crystal body grid for you that will be placed on your Chakras throughout the session. Before placing the crystals, you will discuss what is currently present for you and set an intention for your session.
Crystal grids can be created to focus on physical ailments such as pain and headaches, emotional issues such as anger, depression, anxiety and stress, or they can be created to balance the chakras, promote happiness and joy, health and wellness, clarity and focus or spiritual awakening -to name only a few different types of grids. Each session is unique and your grid will be determined by what you are currently experiencing.
The session will begin with an Aura assessment and a guided meditation to help you relax within the space. Tesla will then work with your customized grid utilizing crystal wands to move through your Chakras, cleansing and charging your system.
The energy work is followed by a soothing sound bath and a secondary Aura assessment, finishing off with a Selenite shield.

Craniosacral is a light-touch technique that addresses fascia/soft tissue to help release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction, helping to improve whole body health and well-being. Craniosacral can provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain, chronic pain and in some cases it may help ease anxiety.
This technique is based on supporting the craniosacral system – the fluid and soft tissue that surround, protect, and nourish the brain and spinal cord. Our body works to compensate for stresses and strains that it absorbs in our daily lives and these changes can cause body tissues to tighten. Unfortunately, this can compromise the performance of the central nervous system, as well as other body systems, muscle, and fascia.
By supporting the environment around the brain and spinal cord and enhancing the body's ability to self-correct, Craniosacral works to alleviate stressors and pain, enhancing one’s well-being and health.
As of the winter solstice we are now in Kidney season. The kidneys are responsible for our structural body, our endocrine system, white blood cells (immunity) and our adrenals. They are the element of water.
In what ways are you supporting yourself at this time?
The kidneys like stability, routine and grounding. Take a look at your day to day, can you introduce more stability into your routine? Do you have any favourite grounding practices, like breathwork or meditation, that you can do more of as part of your daily or weekly regimen?
What makes you feel the most supported? Connect to those movements and exercises.
This season encourages us to sleep more, enjoy peaceful rest and move when it feels aligned.
Tap into what your body is craving.

The two main pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine are Acupuncture and Herbology. Where acupuncture focuses more on the meridians and their flow, Chinese herbs help to balance the internal organ itself. The combination of them together is when the body heals the quickest and most efficiently.
All Chinese herbs are native to China and can be the root, bark, flower, tuber, skin of that plant. Each Chinese formula prescribed is for the individual patient and their unique makeup.
A lot of commonly used formulas are over 3000+ years old making this medicine tried and tested for centuries.
